Am I Really Alone…and Unloved?

I never thought I’d be here, helpless, weak, sick… holding onto dear life. Can God really be with me? If He is, does He even love me, and why would He? Or am I truly alone? Surely, if He loved me, He wouldn’t let me suffer like this…
